 Aromas of ripe raspberries and black pepper underscored by floral perfumed notes and pretty French oak. Lush flavors of jammy red fruit and plum supported on a platform of soft tannins. Good cool climate acidity suspends the flavors for a lengthy and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Shiraz is an extremely versatile food wine and will pair with a wide range of dishes. I am rather fond of drinking Shiraz with curried Indian dishes, but find equal pleasure in serving the wine with lamb, beef, and pork creations. - Winemaker Mart Spate
